Bart Patterson
Registered Investment Advisor, CPA
As a certified public accountant (CPA), Bart Patterson saw an opportunity to combine his passion for proactive tax planning with his desire to help people live their best life in retirement. He founded Zenith Advisory Group to provide clients with retirement strategies that address the most important risks in retirement, ensuring his clients can enjoy retirement worry-free, knowing their years of hard work and sacrifice are being protected.
Bart started his career in financial services with Ernst & Young. He's previously owned his own CPA firm and has been a partner and top advisor at several retirement planning firms prior to starting Zenith Advisory Group.
In addition to being a CPA, Bart is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds his life, health and annuities licenses. Bart played college baseball at Eastern Michigan University and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in taxation. He has provided tax planning and retirement advice on several media outlets, including Fox Columbus and 610 AM.
Bart and his wife, Ashley, have three children together: Milo, Finn and Estelle. They reside in Oxford, Florida, with their dog Larry. Outside the office, you’ll find Bart running around to all of his kids’ sports activities, even jumping in to coach if needed. When not at a sporting event, the family loves going to the beach and other outdoor activities. Bart also enjoys hiking, fly fishing and especially saltwater fishing.
Amy Rodriguez
Client Relationship Advisor
An integral and trusted resource who brings two decades of industry experience to Zenith Advisory Group, Amy helps simplify the complicated world of investments and insurance while also helping clients preserve their hard-earned assets.
Amy graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2006 with a double major in management and marketing. She holds the Florida 2-15 health & life (including annuities and variable contracts) agent license.
Amy and her husband of more than 20 years, Amaury, have three children: Zachary, AJ and Bella. The family loves the outdoors, and their favorite activity is camping at various Florida springs and beaches. Amy and her family also enjoy kayaking, hiking and riding all-terrain vehicles.
Daniel Quartararo
Advisor
Daniel knows that his clients are counting on him to take great care of their finances so they can provide a solid lifestyle for their families.
“I don’t take this responsibility lightly,” Daniel says. “I really enjoy building relationships and helping clients achieve their financial goals. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be able to build so many relationships and to get to know people from all walks of life.”
Daniel, who joined Zenith from Merrill Lynch, is a licensed financial professional who can offer investment and insurance products and services. As a key member of the Zenith Advisory Group team, Daniel works with clients in many important areas, including investment management, risk management, proactive tax strategies and legacy planning. He also studied psychology at the University of Central Florida, where he received his bachelor’s degree.
Daniel was born and raised in Belleview, Florida, just south of the Ocala area. He and his wife, Alicia, feel blessed to raise their four children in a hometown where family and friends are also their neighbors. When he is away from the office, Daniel enjoys being part of his active family, as they hit the water for boating and fishing, and the shore for beach volleyball. He also enjoys baseball and tennis, and cheers on the Florida Gators.
Todd Lietz
Advisor
The same passion for helping people that initially led Todd to the firefighting and emergency medical services industry now motivates him to help clients find financial solutions designed to give them the confidence to pursue their goals and positively impact their loved ones for generations.
Todd brings considerable experience in state and municipal retirement services and benefits packages to Zenith Advisory Group. His mission is to help families and individuals develop tax-efficient strategies that complement their current holdings, provide greater work-life balance and help alleviate stressors.
“Living life today knowing that tomorrow is taken care of brings a peace that provides an extremely soft pillow at night,” says Todd, who holds life, health and annuities licenses in Florida and Georgia.
A 2005 graduate of Flagler College, Todd previously was a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual. Before entering the financial services profession, he played two years of minor league baseball in the New York Mets organization and served as a division chief with Marion County Fire Rescue, where he spent 15 years.
A longtime resident of Ocala, Florida, Todd says “family is absolutely what everything is all about.” He and his wife, Rachael, love spending time with their three children: TJ, Ava and Briggs. Todd also enjoys attending church; coaching football, basketball and baseball; fishing; exercising; and grilling or smoking food.
Cindy Nazzaro
Director of Marketing and Events
Cindy brings a wealth of business marketing and event planning knowledge to the Zenith team as Director of Marketing and Events. She, along with Bart, is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's marketing strategy and events programs from proposal to delivery in a creative and fun manner to our clients.
Cindy is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing. Her previous work history includes many positions in the advertising/marketing fields and various upper level management positions within the radio industry, mortgage industry and financial services arena.
Cindy and her husband Larry are originally from Colorado and are longtime residents of The Villages community. She enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining and spending quality time with her 15 grandkids, family and friends.
Jackie O'Connor, CPA
Tax Planner
Jackie brings 30 plus years of public accounting experience to Zenith Advisory Group and its clients. She's been doing taxes in The Villages for over a decade. Jackie and her husband Kevin are Villagers themselves, and very much enjoy bouncing around to listen to the talented musicians that perform locally.
Krystal Dale
CCO
Krystal joined Zenith to help us design, implement and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She received an MBA from Mississippi State University, has 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, plus a solid background in Human Resources, Operations and Recruiting.
“I’ve always had a passion for helping clients understand the financial products they purchase with their hard-earned money,” Krystal says. “I approach each client with the same customer service I would want my mother to receive.”
Krystal enjoys serving the residents of the county she grew up in — and helping people choose financial products and services that fit their unique needs.
She also encourages people to find an advisor who truly listens to their wants and needs.
Krystal has been married to Roger for over 20 years, and they have two children: Colton and Abigail. When she’s not in the office, Krystal likes volunteering for youth- and homeless-focused nonprofit organizations in Marion County, watching her son play soccer, and playing Barbie dress-up with her daughter. For vacations, Krystal and her family like to alternate between the beach and snow skiing in Crested Butte, Colorado.
